From the day preseason starts, we don’t lift weights — we lift people. We don’t run around the gym — we run miles. We work every muscle in our bodies because we have exactly two minutes and 40 seconds to prove ourselves. We work out for an hour doing things that most people can’t do and stunt for the next hour, teaching us balance, teamwork and, most of all, inner strength.
