Brandon All-Stars has grown to be recognized as one of the TOP all-star programs in the country. We pride ourselves on having some of the top coaches at each level and we consistently ask our athletes to demonstrate solid technique in both stunting and tumbling. There has recently been a demand in our industry for coaches education and we invite you to join us to learn our techniques and share your own!
We will mainly focus on stunt and tumbling technique progression as well as hands on spotting techniques.
Special guest Physical Therapist will come in and talk about strength and conditioning programs to keep your kids safe throughout the season.
Special guest Gymnastics coach will also be on hand to break down any tumbling skills you may have questions about as well as demonstrate body shape recognition and discuss “hands off” coaching.
